We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all items. Most of our products have a manufacturer's warranty too, but please refer to our return policy for more details.

Free Shipping is based on Standard Shipping. Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options.
We are located in Iowa and do not charge sales tax unless you are shipping the order to Iowa. This alone can save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere. -
How do I place an order?
To place orders by phone, call us at 1-833-NRTHWST (1-833-678-4978)
To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via Secure Checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation and we will process your order immediately.

Will you send an order confirmation via email?
An order confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the email confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at service@northwestsummer.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Please note that orders can only be changed before shipping.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at service@northwestsummer.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our return policy.

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email, confirmation credit card authorization, and shipping/billing information.
We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse.
If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand. -
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays.

What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, please send photos to service@northwestsummer.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).
